Come join us for a one-off pop-up book club to discuss Rob Hopkins most recent publication How to Fall in Love with the Future.

Whether you’ve already read the book, are currently making your way through it, or are simply curious about its ideas, you are invited to come along for a relaxed afternoon of conversation and reflection.

We will sit and sip as we explore the book’s inspiring and thought-provoking themes of moving beyond climate dread and despair to imagining hopeful, creative and community-driven futures.

Everyone is welcome! Whether you’re completely new or already involved, this event will be a great way to have a gentle and more intimate opportunity to ease into conversation with others in the Permaculture SA community.

Where to meet: Grab a beverage and head straight out the back to the 'Tin Shed' where gigs are usually held. The friendly staff will point you in the direction if you are new to the Wheaty.

We look forward to seeing you there!

"Let me start by saying straight off that I think everyone should read this book. If you are feeling bleak and despairing about the future of the planet, or utterly disgusted about the seemingly inexorable rise of the far right or just plain fed up with the way things are, then you definitely need this book, because it’s going to act like a real tonic in these dark times and will have you fired up to help bring about change" Anthea Simmons
