MASTERCLASSES

Secure your place in a Masterclass - spaces are limited.
Hosted by Ed Merrison, meet some of the makers behind the wines and explore food pairings, the influence of the Mornington Peninsula’s cool maritime climate, and the character of the region’s signature varieties.
Choose from three 30-minute sessions. A Masterclass package is required to attend.
Pinot Gris Masterclass (11:30am) - Why does it pair so well with spicy food? (yes, there’ll be a small bite to put it to the test).
Pinot Noir Masterclass (12:30pm) Selling Fast - Compare ‘up the hill’ and ‘down the hill’ styles side by side and be the judge.
Chardonnay Masterclass (2:30pm) - Discover how it evolves with age.
Your MC is a local Shoreham resident. Ed Merrison specialises in wine education and media under the banner of his 2022-launched enterprise, Vininspo! He is a wine judge, WSET educator, Len Evans Tutorial scholar, podcaster and videomaker whose long-form writing has earned him a finalist berth in the 67 Pall Mall Global Wine Communicator Awards.

Wine by the glass is available to purchase with meals.
Bottles purchased must be taken away unopened and unchilled and cannot be consumed onsite.
FAQs
- Can we bring children?
Children are welcome and do not require a ticket.
As this is an 18+ tasting event, children must be supervised at all times.
Playgrounds are located nearby at Red Hill Reserve. - Can we bring our dog?
We love them, but dogs will need to stay at home for this event.
- Are Designated Driver tickets available?
Yes. $30 includes entry and a RIEDEL tasting glass to collect on departure.
