Wine Lunch Series for The Off Season - Winter.  Embrace the magic of Winter in Tasmania’s Heartlands. Dress code: Tasmanian Tuxedo/aka Puffer jacket.

#1 Saturday 12 June 11am - 3pm: Inaugural Winter Wine Lunch.
Renowned chef Oli Mellers will create a marvelous multi-course lunch on Saturday 12 June featuring Rathmore bred grass-fed lamb. Oli has learnt from some of the world’s best. Tetsuya Wakuda, Heston Blumenthal and Gordon Ramsay are among those he has observed close up, inspiring him to push for culinary excellence.
