This seasonal Ceremony is about exploring the element associated with Winter - water.
Water is flowing, reflective inward energy and its power gives us the flexibility and fluidity for movement.
This is a time for rest and rejuvenation, healing and play.
It is in the Yin wisdom of the waters where we begin to understand who we are with a deeper sense of clarity and purpose.
We will cultivate ideas for self care and nurturing.
With the spirit of winter you will be guided, through breath, from flowing movement into stillness and surrender.
The Shamanic Music Healing will seep into your open receptive heart, mind & cells, allowing you to listen deeply to your intuition; to the voice of your Spirit.
