Winter YOGA Workshop at The Loft in Whangarei:

Use this time of the year to deepen your practice or to explore new Asanas (Poses) for yourself. This workshop is there for you to ensure a safe way in and out of each pose. Showing and explaining ways to make it easier or harder with the right adjustments and cues for yourself. Anyone is welcome.

3 different workshops will be held:

Twist & Binds 1h - Benefits, Using Blocks & Straps for adjustments in Triangle, Half lord of the Fishes, Chair Pose, & Crescent Lunge
Inversion & Arm balance 2h - Benefits, loosing fear and gaining confidence for: Headstand, Crow, Side Crow, Shoulder stand, Hurdlers Pose, (Preparation for) Handstand & Forearm stand
Backbends 1h - Cobra, Upward facing dog, Camel, Wheel, Bow Pose & Wild thing
