In the depths of winter, the soil is nourished by what has fallen away, deep in the ground & in the unopened buds on the trees, potential is held. New life is being created, awaiting the perfect time to come into bloom, to rise from the darkness and express it's new form.

Sarah Menlove is an Embodied Alchemist, sacred space holder for those ready to remember who they truly are. At this Wintering Retreat, Sarah will share cacao in ceremony & breathwork.

Kate Watkinson is an Empowerer of Women, a trauma senstive somatic practitioner, Yoga teacher, Qoya facilitator, writer, speaker and soul sister. Kate will share the transformative magic of fire through Qoya at this retreat.

We will gather in circle, ground, embrace Mama Cacao, breathe, dance, breathe some more, rest/meditate/integrate and share.

About Qoya:
Qoya is a holistic practice for women incorporating the wisdom of Yoga, the freedom of dance & the wildness to enjoy being in our feminine body. Qoya was developed by dancer, Yoga teacher and soul searcher Rochelle Schieck as a movement practice to empower women to get out of their heads and into their heart and bodies. The ethos of Qoya is that through our body’s movement we access the wisdom of our heart and soul. Through intention setting, breath awareness, movement, ritual & community connection, we learn to trust the physical sensation of truth in our bodies.

About Breathwork:

This breathwork session will support you to integrate your movement experience by calming the nervous system and allowing the thinking mind to let go. Here you are able to access deep states of relaxation, where healing & intuition reside. You may experience insights, visions, messages, or physical sensations that will allow you to let go of tension you've been carrying and gift wisdom & clarity on your path ahead. No previous experience necessary.

We invite you to stay after the session to share food and connect in community.
