Workshop Overview

Grief doesn’t follow a timeline—it moves in cycles, like the seasons. But in a world that moves fast (so fast!), grief is often left unspoken, unprocessed, and unseen.

As we enter winter, we’re offering a space to slow down and turn inward. Not to fix or rush your grief—but to tend to it gently.

Join grief-informed coaches Cecile and Hannah for Wintering With Grief, a 2.5-hour soul-centred workshop designed to honour your unique grief journey. Together we’ll weave ritual, journaling, creative expression, and nervous system tools to help you reconnect with your inner strength and create space for healing.

Whether your loss is recent or long ago, you are welcome here. No “right words” needed—just a willingness to show up as you are.

You’ll leave feeling more connected, more grounded, and with practical tools to support yourself when the days feel heavy.

What’s Included

Ceremonial Cacao Ritual
A gentle, heart-opening practice to support emotional connection and presence. (Optional and inclusive—cacao is a plant medicine traditionally used in ceremony to foster connection to self and others.)

Journaling & Guided Reflection
Prompts and space to explore your grief story and inner landscape through the lens of wintering.

Collaborative Art Piece
Together we’ll co-create a symbolic visual offering—honouring what’s been lost, what’s being reclaimed, and what we’re growing toward.

Nervous System Support & Somatic Practices
Grounding techniques and mind-body tools for navigating grief and emotional waves with compassion and care.

Exploring the Wisdom of Winter
Reflections on winter as a metaphor for rest, stillness, and preparing the inner soil for what’s to come.

Connection & Sharing Space
A warm, brave space to be seen and heard. Sharing is optional, always welcome, never required.

💰 Investment: $55 single ticket, or $100 for two tickets – bring a friend. Plus booking fee.

This workshop is for anyone grieving—whether your loss is fresh or something you’ve carried quietly for years. You don’t need to explain it or name it perfectly. This is a space where your grief is welcome.

A journal and pen
A mug for cacao (if you'd like to take part in the ritual)
A yoga mat or blanket

Cecile Dransart – Wellbeing & Positivity Coach
Cecile is a certified Holistic Wellbeing & Positivity Coach and Mind-Body Practitioner. She supports individuals ready to reconnect with themselves and create a more balanced, values-aligned life. Cecile helps her clients grow self-worth, unlock inner strengths, and harness the power of the mind-body connection—all within a safe, compassionate space. @alignedholisticcoaching

Hannah Rae – Resilience Coach
Hannah is a resilience coach dedicated to helping people navigate adversity and change through the lens of nervous system wisdom. With training in integrative somatic therapy, she supports others to understand their body’s responses, reconnect with their inner compass, and reclaim confidence and calm. She is the founder of Rewild You—a platform for mental wealth, self-discovery, and resilience through adventure. @rewildyouhq
