ENERGETIC PROTECTION & SPIRITUAL HYGIENE ✦ Special Winter Solstice Edition ✦ Awaken by Mathilde

The longest night of the year holds a profound invitation.

To turn inward. To cleanse what you've been carrying. To remember that your energy is your most sacred resource and it deserves daily protection.

If you've ever left a social situation feeling completely drained, absorbed emotions that weren't yours, or felt heavy without knowing why! This evening was designed for you.

This is a full ceremonial experience that will give you real, practical tools to protect your energy field: Tools you can use the very next morning, and every day after.

📅 Sunday 21st June 2026 🕕 6:00pm – 8:15pm 📍 Awaken Studio — 12/A Rahiri Road, Auckland 🎟️ Investment: $55 · Limited to 9 souls

✨ What You'll Experience

Opening Cacao Ceremony We begin by dropping in together with a heart-opening ceremonial cacao ritual. Cacao is a sacred plant medicine that gently opens the heart, quiets the mind and prepares your field to receive. This is how we create sacred space — together, intentionally, from the very first moment.

Teaching: Spiritual Hygiene & Energetic Protection This is the core of our evening and the reason people leave completely transformed.

You'll discover:

— Why your energy field absorbs everything around you and what that actually means for your daily life

— How every interaction, environment and touch leaves an imprint on your aura

— The exact daily practice (under 10 minutes) that keeps your field clear, your boundaries intact and your frequency stable

— How to use White Sage, Palo Santo, crystals and grounding techniques correctly and intentionally

— How to align your practice with the moon cycles to multiply its effectiveness

You will leave knowing exactly what to do & not just why it matters.

Sound Healing & Winter Solstice Activation We close the evening with a full sound healing journey using singing bowls to anchor everything you've learned into your body and field. On this powerful solstice night, you'll be guided through a lunar activation — setting your energetic intentions for the entire cycle ahead.

You will leave feeling clear, protected, deeply reset and reconnected to yourself.
