Hello friends,

During the Winter Solstice, the day of the year with the least light, we slow down to honor internal patterns and reflect upon how far we've come. We allow ourselves to explore the more subtle layers of self, a bit of inward journeying, to shed light on forgotten parts and create space for emotional understanding.

Let's dream together as we drop into a state of deep relaxation. Through meditation and visualization, we will prepare to receive sacred reiki and sound frequencies which can assist in restoring the natural state of balance within the body.

Please bring what you need to feel comfortable on your mats: water, eye pillows, blanket, pillow, socks (as we tend to run cold during energy work). There are some bits and pieces of bolsters and blankets at the studio as well. Tea will be served at the end of the event.
