Winter Solstice Gathering
Event description
As the longest night of the year wraps around us, the Winter Solstice offers a sacred invitation to pause… to soften and listen inward. This ancient seasonal turning point has been honoured across cultures for centuries — a powerful threshold and a time to embrace the darkness. Not as something to fear, but as a space of deep wisdom, restoration and quiet becoming.
In the heart of Sydney, where life moves fast and moments often blur, we’re creating something rare — a gentle and sacred space to slow down and reconnect. A return to the rituals of nature. To the quiet language of the body. To the soft knowing that lives beneath the surface.
Together, we’ll honour this seasonal shift through a carefully curated journey of:
• Warm Spiced Tea Meditation – grounding your heart and senses
• Sage Cleanse & Essential Oils – to clear and center your energy
• Yin Yoga – gentle shapes to open the body and create space
• Breathwork – to shift stagnancy and return to your rhythm
• Crystal Bowl Sound Healing – to soothe and restore from within
• Journaling & Sharing – to reflect, release and call in the new
• Wholesome Snacks – to nourish and close our ritual together
We’ll gather in a space held with love, care and deep presence. A sanctuary away from the noise — where your nervous system can breathe and your spirit can feel seen. This is not just a workshop. It’s a ritual. A night to honour what’s ready to be let go… and to make gentle space for what wants to bloom.
Come as you are — in your softness, your aliveness, your tiredness or your hope. There is space for all of you here. Let this be your invitation to come home.
Our wish for you is to feel deeply nurtured, grounded back into your body and inspired by the quiet magic that winter so lovingly offers.
Please bring:
