Winter Wellness Fair
Event description
Come join SPEAK (a Supportive Place for Empowering Asian Americans and Kin; www.connecttospeak.org) for our inaugural Winter Wellness Fair! Learn how to take care of your body and your mind through an integration of Eastern and Western medicine. Come for a mini tai chi lesson or get a mini-acupuncture session, and hear from youth about taking care of their mental health! This family-friendly event will feature a variety of health and AAPI community related organizations, demonstrations, healthy snacks, a raffle, and hands-on activities for youth like folding origami and making stress balls!
Event admission is free, but to support SPEAK and Asian American mental health, we suggest a tax-deductible $10 donation at the door.
