Event description

Kaiela Arts is hosting a series of creative workshops for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander women living on Yorta Yorta Country. Each Monday, 5.30pm – 8.30pm in the Kaiela Arts Studio.


The Third Session is Connecting and Developing.

Stage 3: Connecting and Developing - Sewing group (4 sessions: 18 Sept – 9 Oct)
Women will learn with an Elder how to use patterns and sew tote bags, aprons, cushion covers and more. This is an opportunity for women to connect and develop their skills and creating practical and colourful items that feature artworks and designs.
