Hot on the heels of a successful Season 1, MoWaNa is delighted to announce our Spring/Summer term of Wisdom and Wellness Wednesdays.
This ongoing series aims to provide affordable access to tools and knowledge to help with life's journey.

This 6 week program includes Breathwork, Sound Healing, Yoga, Tai Chi and movement-based practices.

Weeks 4-6 are only available to those who started the Philosophy course last term

Standard Season pass $75 for all 6 sessions
Single sessions $15*

*where available, priority is given to season pass holders.
