You don’t have energy, you are energy! It is your life force. The human experience is made up of mind, /body and soul or simply put; what you are thinking and feeling, physically, emotionally and spiritually all influence how vibrant your energy is and how it flows through your body, creating ease or disease. Higher emotions achieve so much more than lower ones.

Heal the pain that holds you back. You may sense that something is ‘off’ in your life, creating stress and tension. Life is not flowing as easily as you had hoped or there’s a niggling voice from within going, “Wait a second! This doesn’t feel right!” You can ignore it and carry on with life as usual. If you stay in this state for too long, that voice will just get louder and louder until you pay attention. If you do not pay attention then this will literally block the flow of energy/ life force and will manifest somewhere in your body as illness/ disease.
