Wisdom of the Womb Women's Circle

Around the energy of the New Moon, you are invited to gather in circle on October 9.

Our two-and-a-half-hour women’s workshop is devoted to reconnecting with the body, the womb and the wisdom held within.

So many women have never been properly introduced to their own bodies.

We are often taught to disconnect, to feel shame, to push through, to silence our symptoms, or to only relate to the womb through fertility, pain, loss or trauma.

The womb is more than something we only notice when something feels wrong.

She is a place of creation, feeling, memory, intuition and deep feminine wisdom.

Whether you have had children or not, experienced loss, shame, abuse, disconnection, fertility challenges, birth, menopause, womb trauma, or you are simply longing to feel more connected to yourself, this space is for you.

Together, Dunja and Meaghan will guide you through a gentle journey of womb connection on a physical, emotional, energetic and spiritual level.

This workshop will include meditation, gentle movement, sound, external self-massage focused on the lower belly, womb awareness, feminine archetype wisdom, energetic practices, reflection, and sacred sharing.

We will also explore the importance of understanding the female reproductive system with more clarity and reverence, because knowing the correct language for our own bodies can support self-advocacy, safety, health and deeper connection.

You will be invited to meet your womb with softness and curiosity. A warm embrace, the beginning of a deep relationship just for you.

A place that may hold stories. A place that may hold grief. A place that may hold power. A place that may be calling you home.

Whatever season of Womanhood- Maiden, Mother, Maga or Crone- you are welcome here.

This is a space to slow down, listen, soften, reconnect and remember the wisdom that has always lived within you.

What to Wear & Bring:

Please wear comfortable clothing that allows you to fully relax and move with ease.

You may like to bring a journal, a water bottle, a cushion or shawl if that helps you feel extra cosy, and anything special from nature you'd like to place on our shared altar.

We'll be gathering in a beautiful private residence, with the address provided upon booking.

The space will be lovingly prepared as a warm, feminine sanctuary, softly illuminated by candlelight and created to feel safe, nurturing and deeply welcoming, a little womb space where you can simply exhale, soften and be held.

Sacred Mama Cacao, herbal tea, and a nourishing platter will be provided for us to enjoy together after our circle as we connect and share in community.
