Wisdom of Us Connection Circle is a nurturing space to land & connect with yourself & others through guided intentional practices. A space to nourish the mind, body & spirit, to release the week that has been & fill your cup for the week to come. This can include:

Non-judgmental space
Journal prompts for self-reflection
Oracle card pull
Guided mindfulness/meditation
Share circle
Energy work
Themed sessions to stimulate meaningful dialogue
Intuitive movement

All activities are invitation based, fully guided with no experience required and may be adapted to support your individual needs, if you have specific requirements to be considered please inform Suzie by e-mail or SMS prior to attending.

About Facilitator:

Suzie Wise is a Holistic Counsellor with a diverse range of experience, including but not limited to relationship counselling, youth counselling, Aged/Elderly & Memory Support, Connection/Intimacy, LGBT+, Grief & Trauma and program facilitation.

Suzie is passionate about supporting people to understand themselves and others better and to cultivate deeper, more meaningful connections.
