Lauren, also known as Lozz, is a dedicated Vedic Meditation teacher and serves full time in the Australian Army. With over 15 years of service, she understands firsthand the demands of leadership, discipline, and the necessity of adaptability in everyday life.

Seeking a way to optimize her performance through training the mind, Lauren discovered Vedic Meditation, a practice that radically transformed her approach to both work and life.

Now, as a qualified initiator, her mission is to share this effortless technique to help others dissolve stress and unlock their full potential.

Whether she’s instructing soldiers or teaching students meditation, Lozz is passionate about helping others optimize their own performance in all aspects of life.

Lozz lives in Callala Bay with her husband Robin and stunning cat Lozen. You can find her in their plant filled home, doing art, eating smoothie bowls and watching movies.
