Ancient Wisdom for Modern Mental Health
Description
Roots & Resilience: Ancient Wisdom for Modern Mental Health
Healing Has Always Been Here Reconnecting to Self, Community and Mother Earth
You are warmly invited to a rare and intimate gathering - a conversation with four wise elder women, each carrying a living tradition of healing, as they share their stories, wisdom, and lived experience in service to others.
The conversation will take its own path, on the day, and include each persons experience and particular lens, with an invitation to share personal experience of transformation / growth. Additionally the hope is that this conversation will serve to inspire and further resource those working in human services and community.
Long before "wellbeing" became a buzzword, these women's traditions were already tending to the human spirit through connection to land, community, kinship, and lineage. This event is an invitation to sit with that wisdom - to reconnect to self, to each other, and to the living world.
