We’re excited to welcome two dynamic speakers who know what it means to rise after adversity:

🌟 Suzi Dent — International Speaker, Published Author, and Advocate for Women’s Rights.
🌟 Tracey Horton — International Award-Winning Speaker, Author, and Qualified Life Coach.

Both women will share their powerful stories, plus the tools and insights they’ve used to pick themselves up — and back themselves — after life’s toughest setbacks.

Welcome to Wise Women HQ

Co - Founded by: Melanie Harwood and Debbie Casagrande

We first crossed paths back in 2020 — that interesting, topsy-turvy year! Like so many others, we were both rethinking what life should look like, and we each made the move to the beautiful Northern Rivers of NSW… or as we now call it — heaven, after relocating from different areas.

We actually met at a local paint & sip night — and from there, one coffee turned into a few more… and maybe a couple of other beverages along the way! Before we knew it, a really lovely connection had formed.

And if you’ve ever relocated or had your life circumstances change — becoming an empty nester, going through a relationship shift — you’ll understand it can be a stressful and lonely time.

That’s when we both realised just how vital connection is. It’s something so many of us were craving — especially after the isolation of COVID.

So, we started a little local group called Pottsville Social — to bring people together for fun catch-ups and casual events.

And over time, that small social idea turned into something more meaningful. We met so many incredible women — and time and time again, we kept hearing the same question:
“What’s next?”

For many of us, life is shifting. The kids are grown. Work might be slowing down — or changing completely.

Some women are now navigating life solo, some are financially secure, others are still finding their footing. But one thing’s for sure: We’re not done.

We’ve lived full, messy, beautiful lives — and we’re still curious, still evolving, and still ready to grow.

That’s why we created Wise Women HQ...a space where women can come together to be inspired, to learn, to connect — and to start looking forward again.

Our in-person seminars/talks will feature amazing guest speakers, real conversations, and plenty of those lightbulb moments. Think of it as a gentle nudge forward… maybe even a pebble on your path.

So if any of this resonates with you — if you’re asking “What’s next?” or even just want to be around women who get it… we’d absolutely love to have you join us.

Because at WWHQ, we truly believe:
We’re still wise. We’re still growing. And we’ve definitely still got it. 💛
