STEMM in Your Future - Technology Workshop - Experimenting with Tech
Event description
Experimenting with Tech
“STEMM in Your Future” is a hands-on workshop series designed for curious girls and gender diverse people aged 12-15 to explore science, technology, engineering, mathematics, and medicine in fun, real-world ways. Students can attend just one session or join us for the whole series - it’s entirely up to them! Each participant will receive a special program magazine full of STEMM career tips, inspiration, and space to mark off the workshops they’ve completed along the way.
Technology meets curiosity in this interactive and creative session. Students will explore how technology can be used to design, test, and run real experiments, learning about tools like sensors, simple coding, and robotics. With a focus on innovation and teamwork, participants will get hands-on with digital devices and learn how tech helps us solve real-world problems. No prior experience needed - just curiosity!
Presented in partnership with the Women in STEM Society (WISTEMS) University of Adelaide.
