On February 15, enjoy a day full of LOVE!

I’m talking about unconditional love, self-love, self-care, nourishment for the heart and soul.

This special day (just a few days after the full moon) is designed for you to rest and restore in a beautiful, nourishing place amongst the healing power of nature. Love starts with us and when we open and nourish our hearts in a group setting, it will extend out to one another as well.

Love for ourselves is what brings about a better world. Self-love, kindness, compassion and forgiveness is the beginning of all other loves.

This full day retreat will take place at the Bundeena House – located right on the lovely Horderns Beach in Bundeena in the Royal National Park. It’s just a short walk from the ferry or there’s plenty of parking on site.

Vegetarian food will be provided and dietary needs will be catered for.
