We’re running this one in pairs, so while one of you is on the reformer your partner is on the rower or weights, then you swap. Bring a water bottle, grip socks and your favourite activewear. If you’re coming solo, don’t stress, we’ll pair you up with another girl so you leave with a new friend. And if you’d rather bring a mate along, that works too.
