Dr. Emily Amos
Women's Wellness GP, Mindful Performance Coach, Lactation Consultant

Emily is a passionate teacher of all things mindfulness. As a General Practitioner, International Board Certified Lactation Consultant, 200hr yoga teacher, university tutor and registered mindfulness meditation teacher she has found unique ways to teach these skills to a variety of audiences. With her generalist medical background and further training in areas of interest, she helps women to slow down and tune into their body & mind so they can live a life of power, presence and purpose.

Karley Finnigan
Private Midwife

Karley is a dedicated midwife whose passion for supporting mothers and babies has been a lifelong calling. With a belief in women's autonomy and the power of continuity of care, Karley has embraced the role of advocating for women's choices and strengths. As an Associate Unit Manager, she witnessed the impact of trust on birthing experiences. After her first daughter's birth, Karley pursued a career as a private midwife, serving Mornington Peninsula families with comprehensive care.

Sarah Coffey
Nurse, Mum, Continuity of Care Champion

Sarah, a dedicated Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department of a bustling public hospital, is also a devoted mother to two vibrant young girls. She advocates for the transformative power of continuity of care, drawing from her own journey as a mother. After facing challenges during her first pregnancy and birth, Sarah sought a different approach for her second journey, emphasizing the importance of supportive care providers. Her experiences highlight the significant impact of trust and support on reducing fear, stress, and fostering positive outcomes for both mothers and families.

Penny is a very experienced Midwife of 26+ years, and is the founder of With You Midwifery. She is on a mission to spread her love of education, empowering and supporting women through their antenatal, birth and postpartum journeys through a continuity of Midwife care model. On a mission to rekindle women's villages, she is also the host of WithYou Talks, an inspiring talk series that brings together multiple knowledge specialists around a topic for live audiences.
