Why & How to Build a Network for Professional Success

with Liz Del Borrello

If you've got a pickle at work, who would you call?

Would you have the right people around you to open a door, offer advice, introduce you to an opportunity, or help solve a challenge?

We've all heard the saying, "Your network is your net worth." Yet many professionals still underestimate the impact that intentionally building relationships can have on their career and personal growth.

In this engaging and practical Spark Session, leadership coach and networking advocate Liz Del Borrello shares why building a professional network is a strategic career move—not just a nice-to-have—and provides practical tips on how to surround yourself with people who will support your growth.

Whether you're early in your career, stepping into leadership, changing industries, growing a business, or simply looking to strengthen your professional connections, you'll leave with practical strategies you can put into action immediately.
