Finding Your Voice Before You Feel Ready
with Mikaela Kurtes

Most of us are waiting to feel ready before we speak up, step forward, or back ourselves. But what if that wait is the thing keeping you stuck?

In this session, Mikaela Kurtes draws on her own journey. From wildlife science to tech leadership to explore why clarity, not confidence, is the real starting point. You'll leave with a shift in perspective and one concrete question to take back into your week.
