Welcome to "Wizards in the Wild," where Hogwarts meets the Australian bush! Join us at Wattlebrush School of Bushcraft and Wizardry for a magical day filled with hands-on wizarding classes and outdoor adventures designed for young Wiz-kids aged 8-12. From flying broomsticks to building monsters, this day is packed with spellbinding fun and educational activities.

🌿 Wand Foraging: We begin our journey by searching the beautiful Balmoral park bushland for the perfect gum tree.
🎨 Wand Design: Create your own unique magical tool using an ancient dictionary of plants.
⚔️ Wizarding Duels: Put your skills to the test in friendly duels with your fellow wizards.
⚡ Quidditch Practice: Build your skills with ball games for brave bludger dodgers. Put yourself to the test with our broomstick obstacle course
🐉 Care of Magical Creatures: Build your own monsters with natural ingredients.
📚Spell Book Creation: Capture each lesson and magical discovery in your personalised spell book. Decorate and write down your findings to create a keepsake of your wizarding journey.
🏰History of Magic with Harry Potter Lego: End the day with Harry Potter Lego creations. Learn about the history of magic and recreate iconic scenes from the wizarding world with your friends.

Wattlebrush is about exploring the magic of your own backyard and making incredible childhood memories. Our activities are immersive, supportive and run by registered teachers. We’re all about supporting local families with magic school holiday care solutions.

What to bring: Food for the day (fridges are provided), a spirit of curiosity, sun protection, and hydration.

Accessibility and safety: We'll send a comprehensive starter form to gather your child's comfort and safety requirements. For accessibility, students need to be able to climb the Scout Hall stairs with or without assistance. Many activities take place outdoors, so sun protection and weather-appropriate clothing are essential each day.
