ABOUT OUR PANEL: 

Alice Barbery, CEO Universal Store 

Alice is the Chief Executive Officer of Universal Store, s a youth fashion company, Brisbane based with 65 stores nationally. They are a values driven business and accept that the leadership team has full responsibility for providing a safe, motivating, and proactive work environment. Everyone makes a valuable contribution and cooperation will always be more important than competition.

Alice asks herself this everyday “So, what environment are you creating today Alice?” 

Liz Golding, Fashion Director, Illuminate 

With over 30 years’ experience as a fashion stylist, Liz Golding is a legend in the Brisbane fashion scene. Her passion and knowledge has led her to work in many prestigious roles in the industry nationwide. Bringing her understanding of fashion and style to every woman, she knows what women want, what fits, what flatters and how to dress with zest for any occasion.

These include; 10 years as the Styling Director of Mercedes-Benz Fashion Festival, Fashion Editor for U on Sunday magazine and Q Weekend Magazine, Wardrobe for Nine Network, Styling Director Brisbane Fashion Month and countless other roles.

Dominique Lamb, CEO National Retail Association

Dominique has extensive experience providing industrial relations and employment law advice to a range of small, medium and large businesses across a range of industries.

Dominique brings a level passion and motivation to her role which is hard to find. In 2011, she was awarded the Australian Institute of Management’s Young Gun of the Year Award and in 2016 Dominique was a finalist in the Brisbane Women in Business Awards.

In her downtime, Dominique is a strong advocate for victims of domestic violence and has volunteered with the Women’s Legal Service Queensland for over seven years. Dominique is the current Chair of WLSQ.

The Event: 

Our Networking event will start on the rooftop of the Brisbane Hub, and move down to Level 2 to commence the Panel discussions. Don’t miss out on a great night of warm conversations and business connections along the way. Light refreshments will be available on the night. Due to the COVID-19 protocols, you will need to “check in” on arrival. Respect the social distancing protocols,

How to promote your business at this event:

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, brochures or product sample distribution will not be available. However, as a valued WNA member, a digital e-card to be sent after the event.

Menu:

Due to the COVID-19 protocols, adjustments have been made to the menu. You will be greeted with a "picnic in a box" with individual cutlery.   

There will be a complimentary drink on arrival. 

This event will be adhering to the Food Services Industry COVID Safe Plan, implementing the social distancing requirements as outlined. There will be a Contract Tracing Register at the Registration Desk which will be required to be completed and signed on arrival. It is also a requirement to be seated during the event. Hand sanitizer will be accessible in the room at all times.

If you have special dietary requirements please make sure you indicate them at time of booking. Due to venue policy, particularly during these challenging times, we are required to give FIVE (5) working days notice prior to this event.
