WNCI End of Year Community Lunch

Join us for a special End of Year Community Lunch at Wyong Neighbourhood Centre as we come together to celebrate the festive season with good food, friendly faces and community connection.

Registrations are essential. Places are limited.

Our lunch is a shared community experience, with multiple courses served at set times throughout the event, along with activities for everyone to enjoy.

Please arrive just before 11:30am, as latecomers cannot be accommodated once the lunch has commenced. As food courses and activities are scheduled across the event, we ask that everyone attending plans to remain at the venue until the meal and activities have concluded.

By registering for the End of Year Community Lunch at Wyong Neighbourhood Centre, you agree to the following:

Registration and places
Registration is essential and places are limited. Please only register if you genuinely intend to attend. If you are no longer able to attend, please cancel your registration or contact us as soon as possible so your place can be offered to another community member.

Arrival time
The event commences at 11:30am sharp. Please arrive shortly before 11:30am to allow time for check-in and seating. As multiple food courses will be served at scheduled times, latecomers cannot be accommodated once the lunch has commenced.

Full event attendance
This lunch is designed as a shared community experience rather than a drop-in meal service. By registering, you are agreeing to participate in the event and remain at the venue until the meal and scheduled activities have concluded.

Food and dietary requirements
Please advise us of any dietary requirements or food allergies when registering. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate dietary needs where possible; however, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

Illness and wellbeing
Please do not attend if you are unwell, including if you are experiencing cold or flu-like symptoms such as fever, cough, sore throat, runny nose or other symptoms of a potentially contagious illness. If you become unwell before the event, please cancel your registration or contact us so that your place can be offered to another community member.

Behaviour
All attendees are expected to treat staff, volunteers and other community members with courtesy and respect. Abusive, threatening, aggressive, discriminatory or disruptive behaviour will not be accepted and may result in a person being asked to leave the event.

Children and young people
Children must remain under the supervision of their accompanying parent, carer or responsible adult at all times.

Photography
Photographs may be taken during the event for WNCI promotional and reporting purposes. Please advise a staff member if you or a person in your care does not wish to be photographed.
