The workout will be a combination of two of UN1T's signature group classes:

BASE - strength movements repeating in 4 minute blocks
SQUAD- working in teams of five complete a series of cardio stations

Movements can be scaled for all fitness levels, so everyone is welcome!

Your ticket includes a donation to DEFGLIS - a volunteer charity that supports LGBTI serving members, ex-service members and veterans of the Australian Defence Force and their families.
