Join us for a WOHO wine lunch held in partnership with Fink Group. Held in the winter sun down at Otto on Woolloomooloo wharf, Amanda Yallop, sommelier of Quay will pair Inkwell wines with four courses. Dr Irina Santiago of Inkwell will join us from McClaren Vale to talk about her journey moving over from Brazil and attaining her PHD in Sustainability in Viticulture. The event will offer a four course lunch along with wine pairings.
