Event description
Join us for Yoga & Yum Cha as part of Wollombi Food Festival. We'll start with a morning Hatha Flow with Wollombi Yoga, a slower but still dynamic class with longer holds focusing on stretch, strength, balance and the breath. Suitable for all levels. Then we'll walk up to Myrtle & Stone for a delicious yum cha breakfast.
