Black Dog Ride's iconic annual 1 Dayer aims to start a national conversation about depression and suicide prevention. Help us get the country talking and join your local 1 Dayer on 17th March 2024.
8 Australians take their lives every single day, that's one Aussie every 3 hours losing their life to the black dog.
On the third Sunday of March, Black Dog Ride is uniting under one banner with one voice on one single day to amplify a national message of hope, awareness and prevention. Let's get the conversation started, register for the Black Dog Ride 1 Dayer 2024 today!

Ride Registration:
By registering, you will also receive your rider kit upon check-in on the day at the ride, which includes:
- 1 Dayer patch
- Round 1 Dayer 2024 participation bike sticker
- 'Black Dog Rider' bike sticker
Please Note: Online ticket sales for this event will close at 9.30am AEDT on Sunday 17th March 2024.
Ride Itinerary:
Registration from 9.00am
Meet at Frasers Motorcycles 11-13 Princess Hwy, Fairy Meadow NSW 2519 at 9.00am
Registration will be available on the day, but prior registration is preferred.
A Sausage Sizzle breakfast will be provided by Frasers Motorcycles (a gold coin donation to the “Black Dog Ride” would be great).
Meet and greet with a ride brief prior to departure.
Raffle tickets will be available for purchase, with some great prizes.
Stands up at 10.30am - please be early.
Approx Distance 130klm’s
Approx time: 2 hours
At Frasers Motorcycles after the ride, we will draw the Raffle winners and present their prizes and wind up the days activities.
Route
10.30am Departure
Depart Frasers Motorcycles and head north on the Princess Hwy,
Turn right at Towradgi Road, then left onto Memorial Drive (B65),
Veer right at the roundabout and continue on Memorial Drive (B65),
Take the Lawrence Hargrave Drive exit,
Continue on Lawrence Hargrave Drive through to Stanwell Tops,
Turn left and continue on Lawrence Hargrave Drive,
Merge onto the Old Pacific Hwy,
Continue to the Appin Road exit.
Follow Appin Road to the T-intersection and turn left onto Wilton Road,
Then Left onto MacArthur Drive,
Left onto Picton Road,
Merge onto Mt Ousley Road,
Then at the bottom of Mt Ousley veer left and turn left at the bottom roundabout onto Princess Hwy and follow to Frasers Motorcycles.

Ride Preparation
It is imperative that riders ensure their bike is registered, roadworthy, and in proper working order, ready for the significant distance ride ahead. It is also imperative that riders and pillion passengers are fit and well enough for the journey. Black Dog Ride does not take responsibility for these matters.
