Are you feeling tired, empty and worn-out?

Join me in Tyabb for an afternoon to nurture your body, mind and soul.

This special workshop is limited to 5 amazing women who feel they deserve some self-healing and self-love.

What will happen at the workshop:

We will begin with a gentle yoga class to warm, stretch and balance our bodies
Enjoy an afternoon tea full of sweet and savoury plant-based delights
A meditation to cultivate self-love and bring healing to your heart space
A deeply relaxing, soulfully nourishing sound journey facilitated by the very talented Peta Minter.

This workshop is part of Kinfolk Healing's "Woman: Heal Thyself" workshop series. A special series of in-person and on-line workshops for women at various stages throughout their womanhood to help facilitate deep healing and self-love.

What to bring:

A water bottle
Your own yoga mat if you have one
A towel to place over the studio bolsters
Warm layers as you will cool down during meditation and the sound healing
Warm pair of socks.

What to wear:

Anything comfortable that you can freely move in.

Other information:

The yoga class is suitable for those new to yoga
We will be moving from standing to sitting and laying on the floor (on your yoga mat)
You do not need any prior yoga, meditation or sound healing experience
Please arrive by 1.45pm
Free All-Day Parking is available in the large carpark on The Crescent.

Hi, I am Silva, owner of Kinfolk Healing. I am a yoga and meditation teacher, and currently completing my certification as a yoga therapist and Ayurvedic lifestyle consultant.

Our Sound Healing Journey will be conducted by Peta Minter. Peta is the owner and director of Positive Music. Music has always been a part of Peta’s life. She has travelled the world and studied with many great musicians both famous and tribal. Peta is a musician, recording artist, music producer, certified sound practitioner, certified personal coach, performer, and meditation facilitator. You can find out more about Peta here.
