We are a community of woman holding space for one another to express ourselves without judgment or shame. It is a safe space to be seen and heard.

Rebecca Roberts is a somatic coach and educator. She facilitates woman circles, weaving somatic embodiment practices through-out the program.

The work of Somatics is about guiding you back to your roots and reclaiming a relationship to your body and the organic wisdom it holds.

It is a process of re-learning how to tune in and listen to the information the body and nervous system is providing you with.

A somatic coach guide’s you into somatic practices to support that re-connection.

All humans experience overwhelming circumstances, trauma and inner child wounding to some degree in life, it’s a-part of the human experience.

These overwhelming or unhealed experiences then continue to live on in our human system until we actively process, heal and integrate them.

These circles are for us to come together in support of one-another and learn some tools to support ourselves when we are experiencing some challenging times in life.
