Join us for a Women’s Circle in devotion to your cyclic nature and feminine soul - this is the first event in our Red tent series

What to expect:

A beautiful soft nurturing space, to reconnect to yourself and be immersed in the healing support of sisterhood.

There will be a deeply nourishing Yoga practice with invitations for intuitive somatic movement to support your hormones, nervous system and activate your feminine essence this will be supported by aroma-touch massage

A guided meditation journey with gentle breath- work (inhale through the nose exhale out the mouth your own pace & rhythm - activating the parasympathetic nervous system) to Awaken your Womb-Heart Connection supported by energy work followed by a Sound bath for integration & deep relaxation.

The space will be intentionally created to invoke all the senses - aromatherapy, candlelit, soft blankets, cushions, flowers and oracle cards. A warm cup of cacao infused with rose & blue lotus & hormone balancing bliss balls to snack on.

These beautiful practices offer support for your relationship with your feminine nature, your inner seasons, menstrual cycle including perimenopause/ menopause (and if you have had a hysterectomy.)

No prior Yoga experience is needed .
