Making space to deepen into your senses of your womb on the full moon
You will be invited to dance deeply to enjoy your feminine qualities that will open you to return to your Centre - to return to the pulse of your life when it feels free, abundant and in rhythm.

We will play with the energetic containers that are currently showing up in your masculine container and your feminine container. Allowing what it is, any pains, anguish, sadness, anger, to express through the space of your feminine; as well as your masculine where he holds frustration, unacknowledged, avoidance, mis-used. We will then bring forth with a self-exploration of what parts of vitality, passion, aliveness, harmony, fire, spice, trust, love, and whatever your unique essences are.

Bringing them into unity : with your feminine at the forefront, to be the woman who walks this earth in her authority of creativity as well as your destruction of understanding spiritual warfare of what she invites in and what she does not anymore.

Nervous system led, trauma-informed practices of bodywork that is going to be very grounded, practical in its way of how you walk this earth. Moving with self-surrender to the holy that you bow down to, with the grounding of the deep cavern of your womb, as we work through opening the pelvic area, our hips, our jaw, our voice, and our connection with instincts that detaches from our linear mind.

The gateways into the womb and into the heart we move with a sensitivity, deep knowing + connectivity to draw support and inspiration, that are aligned with the greater presence of what it is with spirit for you to deeply receive, to transport you into rich depths of stillness for where your sense of self can become anchored.

About Your Facilitator

Goldie is an Integrative Advanced De-armouring Guide to support understanding + increasing self-knowledge to harness awareness to unlock your bodies potential.

Goldie has extensive experience trained in transpersonal breath and other breathwork styles that after years working in somatic breathing now prefers to work with methods that are a more gentle way to heal on the nervous system. Goldie works with inquiry into where oppression lies within the bodies with supportive practices such as forgiveness, clearing agreements (through the bloodline), womb bodywork plus shadow work in both self and other influential relationships. Trauma-informed trained, working with other methods are crucial to the intrinsic ways of tapping into the constriction + retraction in the body to identify where the part of emotional repressions lay. Sessions are grounded, have clear insights + practical to cultivate for the connection to be a steward of your own body.

De-armouring Bodywork is central to her work to sensitise the nervous system with congruency of mental trauma, emotional detoxing + primal release within the fascia using precise somatic trigger points working on congruency on all levels to agree. This is advanced de-armouring bodywork to reclaim your power with somatic release that is deep but not in a chaotic way as it is nervous-system led. We map out a polarity framework of the unhealthy patterns that is driving you at its roots to understand healthy embodiment. Goldie's intuitive hands on, supports the psyche with her strength in deep listening from trainings to live within the world of spirit to empower + mentor you for embodied senses. Intention-based work for you to release + integrate into the healthy container on all levels primal, mental, emotional to hold you to evolve into the life you desire.
