Womb Healing Workshop

Hello Goddess,

Congratulations in honouring you and your womb.

Energetically our core problems that show up in our life can be held in our womb space. These could be from the present or the past, generational patterns, heavy painful periods, relationship issues, bad sex, miscarriages, terminations or past life experiences. These are just some examples of what memories can subconsciously and energetically be held in your womb space.

During the Womb Healing Workshop, you will have an opportunity to begin the healing to release these subconscious memories and energies. Some practices include:

• Connecting with your body and womb-space - Gentle exercise, breathwork, meditation 

• Womb mapping - Discover who or what you are unconsciously holding in your womb

• Releasing the Energy - Gentle flow movement increasing circulation to the pelvic floor

• Sisterhood - A space to create and experience trust, respect and honouring one another.

For the Goddesses unable to attend in person this workshop is also available for you to attend online via zoom.
