What words do we say aloud from a place of disempowerment and self-degrading that holds us back from liberated expression?

A wave of urgency has pulled Mirai into a current to open up and share her story, her journey of disempowered suppression and shifting it into empowered expression.

From a background of over 2 decades performing and singing in various places. Mirai has cultivated resources and tools that have helped her overcome obstacles along the pathway of self-expression. "I feel called to serve woman. Knowing what I have been through to get to where I am today, I am ready to hold out my hand in support of women who are ready to reclaim their voice."

Learn to recognise and observe what judgements and fears arise.

Shift patterns and blocks that hold us back from expressing our

true nature.

Practice methods to regulate our nervous system when emotions arise.

Together, we will cultivate tools to help heal our relationship with our bodies, our voice and self expression.
