Event description

Come home to your body in this special 2-hour Womb Yoga class ~ a gentle, grounding practice created by women, for women.

Whether you're completely new to yoga or have been practicing for years, this is a space where there is no right or wrong way to move ~ just a loving invitation to soften, tune in, and reconnect with your inner world.

Womb Yoga is a deeply nourishing practice that honours the cyclical nature of being a woman. Together, we’ll explore fluid, intuitive movement, breathwork to ground and energize, sound to release and express, and mudras (hand gestures) to anchor our intentions.

This is more than a yoga class.
It’s a sacred space to:

  • Feel safe in your body

  • Awaken the wisdom of your womb

  • Reclaim softness, power, and inner freedom

  • Let go of structure, pressure, and the need to perform

  • Deepen your connection to your feminine essence

  • Remember that everything you need is already within you

You’ll be guided gently but always invited to move in a way that feels true for you.
All of you is welcome here.

No experience needed. Just bring your breath, your body, and your loving presence.

I look forward to sharing this beautiful practice with you.
