That’s why we’ve partnered with Powrsuit for a practical mini-masterclass that will reshape how you think about these two powerful (and misunderstood) career tools.

We know executive presence when we see it: people who seem naturally confident, capable, and ready for leadership. But here’s the secret: it’s not about your height, your degree, or being the loudest in the room. It’s about small, strategic actions that anyone can learn. In this interactive session, you’ll:

Challenge misconceptions about the role of personal brand and executive presence in your career
Discover simple, practical ways to build executive presence in daily life
Craft (and practice) one key element: Your meeting elevator pitch (BYOP: bring your pen, phone, or laptop!)

You’ll leave with a clear, confident 20-second pitch that captures who you are, the value you bring, and what you need - ready to put into action at your next meeting.

What to expect on the night

Our events kick off with a networking session between 5.30 - 6.00pm so that guests can connect over a drink & nibbles. At 6.00pm we head into one of the theatres at Globe Theatre for a presentation from one of our sponsors, and then our guest speaker, with audience Q&A + discussion following before the event is wrapped up at approximately 7.00pm.
