Join Aunty Karen Denny, a proud Ngunnawal Woman, for a cultural gathering for women and children.

This event is a unique opportunity for women and children to learn more about Ngunawal Country, focusing on the significance of the landscape and cultural practices around Point Hut Crossing.

In keeping with cultural tradition, this is event is for women and children only.

What to Expect:

  • An introduction to Ngunawal Country.

  • A gentle walk with several stops for storytelling and knowledge sharing.

  • Insights and time for questions.

What to Bring:

  • Sturdy walking shoes (terrain may be uneven).

  • If required, A portable, easy-to-carry chair or stool for comfort during talks.

  • A bottle of water and a hat/sun protection.

  • Weather-appropriate clothing (e.g., rain jacket or sunscreen).
