The Live Life Whole Project is an initiative designed by a team of experienced & evidence-based health professionals who have worked with women & girls across the lifespan. The project delivers workshops & online programs with schools, clubs & workplaces to provide young females & their communities with the essential tools they need to support their health & wellbeing in life & in sport.

As a whole health approach the program provides preventative health education resources to female athletes with the desire to become self-aware & informed in all areas of their physical, mental & emotional health & wellbeing both in & out of the sporting arena.
