Thank you for booking in at Sydney Motorsport Park for ARDC Private Practice.

You will receive an email with the following information along with your E-Ticket:

TIMINGS

Gates open at 0630hrs, and the day runs from approximately 0830hrs to 1630hrs. Please ensure you have time to complete the final registration process (armbands, licence check) and listen to the driver's briefing before alternating sessions approximately every 20 minutes from 0830am

A full run schedule for the evening will be made available via email and online prior to the day.

FOOD & BEVERAGES

The ARDC Garage Cafe on Level 1, and/or the Paddock Cafe in the North Main Paddock will be operating.

Private catering is not allowed. Open flame apparatus i.e. gas barbeques are not allowed.

No alcohol should be consumed for at least 12 hours prior to your track day, and all drivers must have a 0.0 blood alcohol level.

WEATHER

Our track events go ahead rain or shine - but not hail..! In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or postpone a course we will contact you as soon as possible.

TRANSFERS, CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

Transfers and cancellations must be activated at least 3 days prior to the event. This can be done online at Humanitix.

Refunds are returned in full, less the Humanitix booking fee (4.0% plus $0.99).

You also have the option to transfer your ticket to a future date, if available, at no charge.

Refunds after the seven day cutoff can be made by contacting the ARDC on 9672 1000. Reasonable requests will be considered - we know motorsport!

Refunds for cancellation within 48 hours or non-attendance are not available.

Drivers who purchase a TIN-TOP (CLOSED ROOF) CARS session that does not meet minimum number requirements (10pax) by the 7-day cutoff will be contacted by the ARDC and given the option of a full refund (less the Humanitix booking fee) or transfer to another date (no charge).

DIRECTIONS

Enter Sydney Motorsport Park via Gate A on Ferrers Road. Once on Ferrers Road, Sydney Motorsport Park is on the left-hand side, with yellow and black signage. Once you are within Sydney Motorsport Park, please follow the road down to the end, turn right into the Pit Paddock and park your vehicle. Proceed up one of the flights of stairs to the first level above the pit garages and follow the signs for Registration, which is typically held in the ARDC Garage Cafe.
