Looking for a meaningful way to start your day? Our next Walk & Talk is here!
Join us on Friday, 28th March for a refreshing morning walk, great conversations, and a chance to connect with like-minded women in our community. This month, we’re joined by Sharmi Cantwell, meditation teacher and owner of Breath is Life Meditation, who will lead us through a grounding mindfulness exercise before we begin our walk. Together, we’ll explore the power of social connection and positive emotions in supporting mental wellbeing.
This free event invites you to join us for an energising walk around Lake Weeroona, followed by a reflective coffee catch-up at Whitby (please note: coffee purchased at your own expense).
📍 Meeting Point: Front of Whitby (formerly The Boardwalk) at Lake Weeroona.
🕒 Schedule:
- 7:20 am: Arrive and gather at the meeting point.
- 7:30 am – 8:15 am: Walk two laps around the lake, connecting with like-minded professionals.
- 8:15 am – 9:00 am: Join us at Whitby for coffee and conversation (walkers and non-walkers welcome).

In case of bad weather, we will skip the walk and meet at Whitby from 7:30 am.
