"Welcome to our empowering women's dance therapy circle! Join us for a transformative and nurturing journey that combines the healing power of movement, self-expression, and sisterwood support.

In this workshop, we create a sacred space where women can come together and engage in deep, meaningful discussions around various themes. We foster an environment of trust and openness, encouraging participants to share their ideas, experiences, and wisdom. Through this powerful woman circle, you'll connect with like-minded individuals, building a network of support and sisterhood.

After the circle to kickstart our dance sessions, each participant selects a card from the goddess oracle deck, setting an intention for their personal growth and exploration. Guided by the divine energies of these archetypes, we embark on a transformative dance journey. Led by experienced facilitator, Sandra Barbosa. We explore a range of dance therapy exercises, breath work, and writing activities tailored to the needs of the circle.

Our workshops offer a safe and inclusive space for women to reconnect with their bodies, express themselves authentically, and release emotional blockages. Through intentional movement, we delve deep into our inner landscapes, unraveling layers of self-discovery and self-empowerment.

An immersive and enriching workshop designed exclusively for women. Invest in yourself, and together, let's embark on a journey of self-love, healing, and empowerment.

We are proud to offer this workshop series on a donation basis, allowing you to contribute an amount that feels comfortable and meaningful to you.
