After the circle to kickstart our dance sessions, each participant selects a card from the goddess oracle deck, setting an intention for their personal growth and exploration. Guided by the divine energies of these archetypes, we embark on a transformative dance journey. Led by experienced facilitator, Sandra Barbosa. We explore a range of dance therapy exercises, breath work, and writing activities tailored to the needs of the circle.

Our workshops offer a safe and inclusive space for women to reconnect with their bodies, express themselves authentically, and release emotional blockages. Through intentional movement, we delve deep into our inner landscapes, unraveling layers of self-discovery and self-empowerment.
