OUR PANEL 

Fiona Hancock, Oceania Climate Change and Sustainability Services Partner, EY

Fiona has over 15 years’ experience in climate change and sustainability, with extensive knowledge of climate change and energy policy, climate risk and decarbonisation. Fiona has helped many organisations identify, develop and deliver sustainability and climate change strategies that address risk and opportunity. As part of EY’s Net Zero Centre, Fiona has contributed to the development of EY’s global decarbonisation framework, which encompasses climate risk and opportunity assessment, decarbonisation pathway development, scenario analysis and strategy development.

Janet Klein, CoFounder/Director, Ngeringa Vineyards and Hills Biodiversity

Janet is a viticulturist and conservationist who has dedicated 20 years to sustainable wine growing and landscape regeneration. She co-founded Ngeringa Vineyards, one of Australia's first certified biodynamic vineyards and wineries and is a founding member of Hills Biodiversity. Janet has a keen and active interest in natural resource management primarily in its application through agricultural business, and is passionate about conservation community-engagement. She also holds various board positions relating to biodiversity conservation.

Di Mantell, Chief Executive, Celsus - the Royal Adelaide Hospital

Di has a demonstrated history of working in the health and construction industries, moving from nursing, into management, before overseeing the design and delivery of the Fiona Stanley Hospital in WA. Di was a State Finalist Telstra Business Women's Awards 2020, and judge in the 2022 awards. Di is currently CEO of Celsus, the first public private partnership in South Australia where she recently negotiated the largest green and social loan globally in healthcare of $2.2bn. Di loves to achieve the impossible and breakdown stereotypes!

Annabelle is a former ABC broadcast journalist who reported on rural issues with The Country Hour, presented state-wide radio program Late Afternoons and reported for ABC's Landline and Behind The News. Based in the Clare Valley Annabelle is currently a podcaster, voice coach and MC.
