Women Gather: Full Bloom 🌹

The Invitation

As the beautiful, vibrant energy of late spring reaches its peak, nature enters its fullest expression of life, colour, and growth. This afternoon is a gentle invitation for you to step into your radiance, welcome yourself exactly as you are, and enjoy a warm space dedicated entirely to your nourishment and care.

As mid-November approaches and the natural, collective quickening of the end of the year begins to pick up, this immersion serves as a quiet, beautiful antidote to the rush.

Hosted by Gemma (The Holistic Gem) this late spring mini-retreat is an intentional, experiential journey. We begin with grounding feminine yoga, blending gentle practice with intuitive breath. We then explore free movement and sacred song. Together, we will leave the thinking mind behind and drop fully into the alive wisdom of the body. If you're thinking, 'but I can't sing or dance' this is for you. This is about expression, not perfection.

This immersion offers a safe, non-judgmental container to return home to yourself. Within our supportive circle, you will join with other women in heartfelt connection, creating a space where your body and breath can flow, shake, and move freely. Afterward, you are warmly invited to stay for an optional 30 minutes to connect over nourishing snacks and warm tea.

Accessibility Note: Please note that the venue for this event is unfortunately not wheelchair accessible due to stairs at the main entrance and a lack of ramp or lift access. We apologise for any inconvenience.
