Sally Duxfield is an Experiential Architect and Author, with 30+ years’ experience including studying neuroscience and leading high-performance teams.

She created The Edge programmes and IMPACT4Q matrix as well as authored performance-based books. Sally owns Makahika Outdoor Pursuits Centre and Arete Retreat which is nestled in the foothills of the Tararua Ranges. She’s built a career in leadership training.  Anyone who has experienced working or hearing Sally speak knows how incredibly impactful she is. 

Hear about her life and how she started her businesses here in Levin.  Learn about how you articulate the way you want to feel each day and use these as the 'why' to implement these systems into your daily world. You'll also have an understanding of the neuroscience of daily planning and rhythm and why you need to implement neuroscience hacks for better sleep and productivity.
