Knowledge is power! Want to know the tricks of the trade from females in industry? 

Get some insight and advice from women who have found their voice and propelled their careers in engineering. 

BAE Systems is hosting an interactive Women in Industry Q&A Career Panel for students. Meet Alex, Engineering Operations Manager and Georgia, Production Supervisor and discover who they are, what skills you need, what challenges you could face, and how to tackle them.

Your input will drive the conversation by choosing which topics you want to hear about, with additional open-question time. Alex and Georgia will provide inspiring and real insight into what it’s like to work at BAE, the transition from study to the workforce, tips and tricks for applying to jobs, and the honest truth about being a woman in the industry.
