Women in Leadership Toastmasters: September Meeting

Women in Leadership Toastmasters Club - September Meeting
This is a meeting for women in leadership or aspiring to leadership in Melbourne, and it comes with a sandwich lunch! We meet once a month and would love for you to join us.
The number one fear globally is public speaking, and the greatest tool for change is through our words and how we communicate with others. Toastmasters is a global self-paced education program designed for members to develop skills in public speaking, communication and leadership through experiential learning - or in other words, learning by doing!
At a recent conference held in Newcastle, New South Wales, Acting International President Richard E Peck stated that "Toastmasters is a great place to fail". He went on to explain that the environment we have within our clubs and our organisation are the perfect opportunity to try out our communication and leadership skills, make mistakes, learn from them, and try again, all within a supportive environment where the consequences aren't tied to our livelihoods.
If you are seeking to grow in your career, to develop speaking and leadership skills, all while building a network of like-minded local women, please join us to find out what our meetings and program are all about, and how you can get involved.
This meeting will welcome back our club members after we paused our meetings at the beginning of COVID-19, and will include the support of experienced Toastmasters from within Melbourne demonstrating what a regular meeting may look like, and being on hand to answer why you should become a part of our community.
This club is generously sponsored by Pitcher Partners and is open to all emerging and current women in leadership.

Please ensure that you register ASAP as places are limited. Lunch will be provided.
